Shipping policy

Shipping is currently available Canada-wide. We offer $13 flat-rate shipping on all packages under $125. Delivery time for Standard Flat Rate Shipping is not calculated at check-out and typically takes 3-9 business days after the order is processed on our end. You have the option to select Express Shipping, where estimated shipping dates will be calculated for you at check-out. 

All orders are processed and shipped from Cawston, BC within 3-5 business days. We typically delivery using Canada Post or UPS. If shipping providers are experiencing delays, please account for additional time due to delays when placing your order. Estimated time for deliveries will be dependant on each provider and you can track your order via a tracking number that is shared with you via email. 

We are closed Saturday-Sunday and do not process any orders during this time. 

All shipping fees paid are non-refundable. If your package is lost in transit or it is returned to us because an incorrect address was entered at checkout, the customer will be responsible to pay the new shipping cost to get it package to. If you are receiving a refund for your items, the shipping costs will be not be refunded. 

LOCAL PICK-UP OPTIONS: 
We currently offer local-pick up in our Cawston BC Studio and at our pick-up only location in Coquitlam BC (Coquitlam Town Centre Area on Glen & Pinetree). All orders are typically ready in 3-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with more details. We do ask that you confirm your date/time of pick-up to allow us to coordinate appropriately with our teams. Please note that both locations are residential spaces.
