Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. All sales are final. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment that were purchased from 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at within 48 hours of receiving your package if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Submit picture evidence along with your receipt so that our team can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items, limited edition items, or collaboration items or gift cards. We do not cover any exchange, return, or refunds for products that are purchased from our in-store retail partners. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
